In a qualifying event appropriately known as The Last Train to Philly, Gilman track competed with 49 other east coast squads, last weekend, for the final qualifying sports at the Penn Relays and the Greyhounds came away with some success.
Gilman placed second in both the 4x400 and 4x800 and third in the shuttle hurdles. The Greyhounds were seeded second in the 4x800 and that is where they finished. However, they did manage to finish ahead of the top seed.
