Mark Concordia netted Mount Carmel's only goal, by converting a pennalty kick, and the Cougars, of the MIAA C Conference, opened their 2008 soccer season, with an impressive 1-1 tie with St. Vincent Pallotti, of the B Conference, Monday afternoon in Laurel.
