WARRIORS HOLD OFF RAIDERS

Kamehameha 9 - Iolani 0

The Warriors defense came up with just enough big plays to hold off the Raiders 9-0 for a ILH varsity football victory at the Kamehameha School Kapalama Campus.

The game featured wet conditions from passing rain showers and quite a number of penalties, bad snaps, big hits, dropped passes and turnovers.

The Warriors scored off a interception return and a field goal in the second half after a scoreless first half of play.

Division One Kamehameha won its second game in a row to improve to 2-2 in the ILH. The Warriors will meet Pac-Five next week at Aloha Stadium.

Division Two Iolani fell to 5-1 in the ILH and will play Punahou next week at Punahou School. The game will be aired on television.
