Joe Fox is Speaker at Varsity Night for winter Athletes

Varsity Night for winter athletes was held on Thursday evening November 22nd. Barstow was fortunate to have an alum of the school speak to the athletes. Joe Fox Barstow class of 2004, was the guest speaker for the evening. Joe played two years of varsity basketball and 4 years of varsity golf for Barstow. He went on to play 4 years of varsity basketball for Grinnell College.
Joe graduated from Grinnell College in 2008 and is currently a 4th grade teacher in Kansas City, Mo. He is also the head girls Middle School basketball coach for Barstow.
Thank you Joe for the inspirational message you gave to the athletes.
Good luck to all the winter athletes for the upcoming season.
The first Basketball game of the season will be home at Barstow on Tuesday December 2nd starting with JV Boys at 5PM, Varstiy Girls at 6:30PM and Varsity Boys at 8PM.
