Brodeur, CBA Win XC Titles

Brick Memorial senior Andrew Brodeur just missed his goal of breaking 16 minutes Monday at Holmdel Park, but his 16:00 was enough to take home the Shore Conference Cross Country Championship. Brodeur led five runners under 16:20 as Manalapan's Robby Andrews, Mater Dei's Patrick O'Boyle, Monsignor Donovan's Ray Coles and Mater Dei's Curtis Jenson followed Brodeur across the line. Christian Brothers Academy won the team title with 80 points, edging Jackson's 89.
