The Turkey Run Lady Warriors remained undefeated in Wabash River Conference games as they downed Riverton Parke 47-31 on Dec. 11

The Panthers use a mix of zone and man-to-man defense to keep the Warriors offense in check.  The Turkey Run defense surrendered only 22 first half points to the Warriors

However, Turkey Run's full court pressure forced Riverton Parke into numerous turnovers as the Lady Panthers managed only 10 first half points themselves.

Tiffany Marshall led a balanced Turkey Run team with 11 points.  Meghan Doss and Chelsea Newnum each added seven points while Adrianne Francis, Meghan Francis, and Sarah patten each had six points.

Rosa Gossett and Amy Wheeler each had 10 for Riverton Parke and Chelsy Riggen added five.

Riverton Parke (1-8, 0-3 WRC) plays at home against South Vermillion on Dec 14.

Turkey Run (7-3, 3-0 WRC) hosts Covington on Dec. 13.
