Arguably the most feared hitter in the Shore Conference, Vitale led the Shore Conference with a .577 batting average and blasted five home runs and had 27 RBI. She hit 11 doubles, tied for second in the Shore, and had a .667 on-base percentage and a .944 slugging percentage. In a state tournament quarterfinal win, she went 4-for-4 with the game-winning RBI. Vitale has verbally committed to the University of North Carolina.
