How to use DigitalSports Alerts:

NOCAD .

KEITH RICHARDSON
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Keith has served as a teacher, coach, assistant principal, and principal at various elementary and secondary schools distinguishing himself as an outstanding coach and administrator. Keith?s lifetime record as football coach stands at 240 ?58?1. He has six AAA state football championships and was named the Kellog?s Coach of the year.

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR
Coach Barnette received a B.S. degree in health and physical education from Carson-Newman College in Jefferson City, Tennessee. He is serving his 29th year as FACA Executive. He received the FACA Meritorious Service and Life Membership Awards for his outstanding contribution to high school athletics and the coaching profession.

John is currently the Executive Director of the Illinois Coaches Association. He has been a coach for over 40 years in the sports of Football and Basketball, and was a Principal and Superintendent of Schools before his retirement in 1995. John is a part of numerous associations, including the Illinois Football and Basketball Coaches Associations, National High School Athletic Coaches Association, and the Illinois High School Association. VICE PRESIDENT
John?s coaching duties covered an eighteen year span from 1970-1988. From 1986-2005 John served as Middle School Assistant Principal and Athletic Administrator. In 2000, John became the Executive director for the Minnesota State High School League Foundation Board, a position he currently holds.

MILT BASSETT
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Milt is currently the Executive Director
of the Oklahoma Coaches Association. For five years, he served on the Board of Directors of the National High School Athletic Coaches Association. Milt was inducted into the OCA Hall of Fame in 1995 and the NHSACA Hall of Fame in 2003. He was his region's Football Coach of the Year in 1974, 1978, and 1994. He was the OCA Football Coach of the Year in 1995.

years, was girls? tennis coach for 26 years and athletic director for 16 years
with Hampton City Schools. She has been active in the Virginia High School

the chairperson of the Budget and Finance Committee and the financial secretary.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Jiggs has been a member of the Connecticut High School Coaches Association for over 45 years, was President in 1979 and has been the treasurer since 1985. In addition, he has served the Connecticut High School Principals Association in a variety of positions for the past 38 years. He is also in the CHSCA Hall of Fame, the first Suffield Athletic Hall of Fame, and the first class of the Hall of Excellence for Academics.

Joe is currently the Athletic and Activities Manager Hammond High School, Columbia, Md. and the Executive Director of Maryland Football Coaches Association. He has been the Varsity Head Coach for Football, Basketball, Track, Wrestling totaling 27 years of experience. Joe was also the Washington Post Coach of the Year 1994 and a National Coach of the Year Nominee in 1994 & 1995.

Dave spent 24 years at his alma mater, South Salem High School as a teacher, head football coach and athletic administrator. Dave received two NIAAA National Awards for his Athletic Director duties and is in the South Salem High School Athletic Hall of Fame. He is currently the Co-Executive Director of the Oregon Athletic Coaches Association.

D.W. RUTLIDGE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
D.W. is currently the Executive Director of the Texas High School Coaches' Association, the largest association of its kind in the nation. He is also serving on the University Interscholastic League (UIL) Medical Advisory Committee; the Gatorade National Coaches Advisory Council and is on the Board of Directors of the National Organization of Coaches Associations? Directors. As one of the most successful coaches in Texas high school football history, his teams advanced to seven 5A state championship games, winning four in 1988, 1992, 1993 and 1995. He has been named ?Coach of the Year? seven times and named ?Coach of the Decade? for the 80?s and 90?s. In 2000, he was presented with the prestigious Tom Landry Award.
