In one of last week's biggest games, Georgetown Prep of Rockville won its 10th straight game, 9-8, in quadruple overtime over visiting, longtime, Interstate Athletic Conference rival Landon of Bethesda.

Urbana remained unbeaten with a milestone, 8-7 victory at Baltimore County power Dulaney,

In Baltimore County, Catonsville won its seventh straight game, 16-8, over Howard County power Centennial, setting up Tuesday's game at twice-beaten Pikesville.

In Howard County, fourth-year program Marriotts Ridge vanquished Reservoir, 12-4, to improve to 10-1.

Reservoir rebounded, however, to defeat traditional league power Centennial, setting up a big game on Friday opposite unbeaten Glenelg.

In the Maryland Interscholastic Athletic Association's A Conference, Mount St. Joseph turned in its best performance of the year on Friday, overcoming Boys Latin, 14-9, in perhaps the year's biggest upset and a game during which the Gaels never trailed.

On the same day, Gilman remained unbeaten at 14-0 with a 10-7 victory over visiting MIAA A conference rival Calvert Hall, a game during which the Greyhounds' defense was score upon only once in 11 extra man situations favoring the Cardinals.
