(5) Red Bank 15, (12) Wall 3: Junior attackman Connor Lawlor fired in three goals and added four assists to lead the Bucs to their first state playoff win in the program's third season. Stuart Kiely, Corey Lunney, P.J. Russell and Charlie Pontone each scored twice with Lunney and Kiely also adding assists for the Bucs' offense, which had 62 shots in the game. The Bucs (14-2) had an 8-3 lead at the half and then shut out the Crimson Knights (12-6), who received goals from Kevin Dahms, John Beal and Joe Perino, in the second half. Pontone led Red Bank with 12 ground balls while Rob Child had 10. Bucs senior goalie Jake Brutman made eight saves and Wall goalie T.J. Vilardi had 23 stops. The fifth-seeded Bucs will play on Saturday against the winner of Wednesday's game between fourth-seeded Jefferson and 13th-seeded Montivlle.
