Towson's Generals, of 11th-year coach Ben Berquist, will, yet again compete in the difficult Baltimore County 3A-2A League, as a follow up to last year's solid season.


Last year's squad advanced into the Class 3A-2A North Region semifinals before losing to eventual regional champion, Fallston of Harford County, which, in turn, was a state runner-up to Glenelg of Howard County.


Berquist returns what he considers "a good corps of starters and some players from the junior varsity," whom he believes will "make some nice contributions."
