Glenelg Country School captured its first tennis championship, knocking off No. 1 seed Archbishop Spalding, 5-0, for the MIAA B Conference crown Monday afternoon.

Ryan Kent (No. 1), Will Garrett (No. 2) and Vik Kumar (No. 3) won singles’ match for the Dragons, who failed to capture the title in three previous finals appearance.  Kyle Rothman and Adam Donovan’s straight set victory in No. 2 doubles clinch the championship.  Trevor Baum and Evan Kelly won in No. 1 doubles in three sets (7-5, 4-6 and 7-5).
