Four of our wrestlers attended the 2nd Annual UMBC Retriever Open last week, with everyone placing.

High School Division Wrestlers; Cole Gallagher, Charlie Lynch, Connor Lane & Will Switzer represented Spalding in outstanding fashion.  Gallagher & Lynch won gold, easily blowing away their compition.  Switzer finishing second, losing to class 4A/3A State Champ Adam Krop, with  Lane, fighting his way back to third.  Switzer, a freshman, was able to wrestle in the junior division, also won gold with little effort.

Spalding is setting the bar early and looking forward to the begining of the season, @ Calvert Hall, on December 2.
