Nielson captures 3 school records. Cliff Nielson set a new school record in the 1600 meter race on Friday 5/1/2009 at the Dunkirk invitational. It now sits at at 4:32.18. Cliff also broke the school record in the 3200 meter race and the 800 meter race at the Falconer invitational . The old record set by Greg Grigas 10:02 in 2006, is now held by Nielson at 10:01.4 in the 3200 meter. The 800 meter record held by Morten Mellvag since 1986 2:02.2 is now held by Nielson at 2:01.8.
