Gowanda's Bogardus, Brown and Harrison have place finishes in the 2009 Pentathlon held at Dunkirk on 5/23/2009. Brittany Harrison took 10th place in the girl's pentathlon with a point total of 1667. Jarred Bogardus finished ninth with a point total of 2292. His point total sets a new school record for the boys. Kevin Brown finished 2nd in the steeplechase with a time of 10:17.20.
