It’s time again to plan for the KHSADA State Conference.
We will host the conference at The Clarion Hotel &
Conference Center, at 9700 Bluegrass Pkwy, in Louisville KY. Directions are included in this packet. The dates for our conference are May 7-9,
2008.
We have unlimited Exhibit Space, and we are only offering
single booths, if your need is bigger than a single booth you may purchase two
or three. Enclosed is your packet for
complete registration. Mail your exhibit
space application contract to me in the enclosed self-addressed envelope; be
sure to include your registration fee.
Mail the Golf registration form to Gene Heffington at South
Oldham High School and Clarion reservations to the Clarion Hotel. Please notice Mitchell Irvin’s letter, if you
are interested in contributing to our golf outing.
Please remember to mark if you will need electric or
not. We will have to assess a fee if you
fail to request electric and need it during the conference.
We are looking for this to be our biggest and best
