Reservoir placed 13 of its wrestlers in the top five of their weight classes, nine of which finished within the top three, to win last weekend's Edgewood Invitational Tournament over runner-up Glen Burnie of Anne Arundel County, 242-210.

Winning titles for the Gators, who had eight finalists, were Josh Knox(103), Ben O'Keefe (112) and Tim Schwartz (119), with runners-up in Mark Colabucci (125),  Zach Coe (152), Mike Mullens (160), Andy Kamali (189) and Yao Adantor (215).

Finishing third was Tony Johnson (145), with Sean O'Keefe (140) and Tyler Breitschwerdt (171) finishing fourth, and Zach Spearman (130) and Jason Giamonna (135), fifth

The Gators, earlier, won the crown at Blake High's tournament.


The Gators, coached by Ryan Kanaskie, are in Friday and Saturday's Grapple at The Brook at Springbrook High in Montgomery County against teams such as Urbana and Atholton, ranked Nos. 8, and, 19, respectively in the DigitslSports-Maryland State Wrestling Association Top 20.
