After going 0-14 last year and losing its first four duals of this season, including two in close fashion, Einstein finally one in the win column Wednesday.
The Titans pulled away from a tough Northwood squad late and hung on to win for the first time in over a year, 36-30.
Einstein's Rickey Echeona and Chris Byars each improved to 5-0 on the season, Echeona by fall and Byars in a 5-2 decision over Northwood's Phil Fromyer.
After a double forfeit at 103, Northwood's Reinhart (112) won by fall over Sarah Hyman in 55 seconds. Einstein's Tommy Wilson picked up a forfiet at 119 to improve to 4-1, followed by Villatoro's pin over Northwood's Poulous.
Northwood's Luke Stockey tied the dual back up with a second period pin over Oscar Salazar and then pulled ahead as Miller defeated Einstein's Escoto, 11-5.
Freshman Trey Prince pulled the Titans even with a 13-9 decision over Jon Pitkin at 140 pounds. Nothwood pulled ahead again in a back and forth match between Taitano and Monsell that Taitano won, 18-14.
Echeona put Einstein ahead for good with a first period pin over Dayhoff, followed by a forfeit. Byars won a 5-2 decision over Fromyer followed by another forfeit. Northwood won at 215 with Dayhoff pinning Flynn and Kamauu picking up the forefeit at 275.
