Well folks if you thought the wrestling season was over then think again. Four of our matmen traveled to Virginia Beach, VA to compete in the NHSCA High School National Championships. Jake Beckett, Asa Gossett, Chris Sayers, and Shane Lee competed in the toughest high school wrestling tournament in the nation a few weeks ago and two members of The Pack proved that they were among the best wrestlers in the country and came back as High School All-Americans.
Asa Gossett placed 3rd at 215 pounds in the freshman division and Chris Sayers placed 8th at 285 in the sophomore division. This marks the first time in school history that a wrestler has earned All-American honors.
