It's been an up and down season thus far for Beth Tfiloh, but with MIAA C Conference league play getting into the full swing the Warriors are in position to make another run at the playoffs. and they took a step in that direction with a 61-42 win over new league rival Indian Creek, last night in Annapolis.
It was a big night for Jeremy Hurewitz and Aaron Gillette, who led the Beth Tfiloh offense with 15 points each. in addition, Ben Rank finished just shy of double figures with nine points.
The Warriors (4-8, 2-1) took control from the outset and built a 19 point lead by the half. Indian Creek kept it even over the final two quarters, but the damage was already complete.
The Eagles (1-5, 1-5) received a game-high 19 points from senior Thomas Barber, while Aaron Han finished with 11.
