Indian Creek Upper School's boys' varsity soccer team was held scoreless for the first time this season in a 3-0 loss to Mt. Carmel Monday in a well-called but physical division game.

Junior goal keeper John Leavitt turned away 11 of 14 shots, making some tough saves in the process.

Although held to only seven shots, sophomores Kendall Alstad and KC Pendergrast both had near-misses, Pendergrast having a shot clang off the crossbar from 30 yards out.

Sophomore Pierce Hurlbutt also had his best game to date and junior sweeper Mike McCormick again played strong.
