Manchester forces the out at first base in their 12-11 come from behind win over L.C. Bird.
The Manchester Lancers scored three runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to come from behind and defeat the tenth-ranked L.C. Bird Skyhawks 12-11 in Tuesday night's game.

Both teams came out swinging as they each scored four runs in the first inning.

The Skyhawks took the lead in the third inning when they were able to score four more runs on the Lancers to take a 6-4 lead.

Manchester rallied hard for three straight innings as they were able to score a total of six runs in three innings to go on top of the Skyhawks by a run heading into the seventh inning.

Manchester played excellent defense in the seventh inning forcing a quick three outs and earning the win.

L.C. Bird had some heavy hitters in the game.

Bradley Connor, Daniel Harrison and Josh Karr were all 2 for 4 with a home run.

Manchester did their job at the plate as well.

Joey Cujas went 4 for 5 with three RBI, Chris Hardee went 2 for 4 with a two-run home run and Blake Hauser went 3 for 4 with two home runs.
