09/09/2009 - The GIRLS VARSITY FIELD HOCKEY Girl's Varsity Field Hockey lost to Glenelg Country School team. The score was 2 to 0 in a league contest played at .

John Carroll lost their home opener to Glenelg 2-0.  Both scores came in the first half, unfortunately I did not arrive until late, so cannot report any details.  The second half was hard fought.  Both teams had a number of scoring opportunities, but no goals.
