Below is pertinent information in regards to the Senior All-Stars

Player Information and Parent Waiver
-  Please will out the form and return it to hayesj@huskers.k12.mo.us.

-  If you don’t have Adobe Acrobat Reader 8 you will need to download it.

You should be able to fill in the form and then send it directly to my email. (Save a copy to your computerwith "your name" as the file name.) Once I receive it, I will confirm that everything is okay. If for some reason the form doesn’t work, please email me and we will work things out.

-  The cost to participate in All-Stars is $40. This is to pay for your hat and jersey (which you keep), and insurance.

-  Make sure you read and understand the confirmation statement before electronically signing it. If you decide to participate by returning the form, you will be accountable to the MHSBCA for payment even if you find later that you can not participate. This is because uniforms and hats are ordered to specifications. (Your name will be on your jersey.) Please DO NOT mail any money to me.

-  This form must be returned by Sunday, May 24th.

Other bits of information.
1.  The Series is being played on June 7th at Lindenwood University in St. Charles. There are numerous hotels in and around St. Charles for those who are driving a great distance.

2.  Game times are as follows; Class 1 @ 9:00am, Class 2 @ 12:00pm, Class 3 @ 3:00pm, and Class 4 @ 6:00pm. Please arrive at least one hour prior to your scheduled game time to receive your jersey and hat, locate your teammates, and warm-up.

3.  The rain date will be the next day, Sunday, June 8th. Game times will remain the same.

4.  All players need to wear baseball pants and socks and need to bring any gear your position might dictate, i.e. catchers gear, bats, etc. Batting helmets will be provided.

5.  Admission for spectators is $2 for adults, $1 for those 6-12 and under 6 are free.

6.  An MVP will be named for each class following the game.

7.  In the past, Sports St. Charles as provided players a free t-shirt. In addition, t-shirts will be available for purchase by players, parents, and fans.

8.  Professional scouts and college coaches will be in attendance with the hope of recruiting players.

9.  Programs will be available for $1.

10.At this time, the coaching staffs of each squad have not been finalized.
