Advance Sports is a Texas-based company owned and operated by former high school and college coaches and is in business to help promote the athletic and academic abilities of high school athletes throughout the nation. One way we accomplish this goal is by conducting COLLEGE RECRUTING SEMINARS in a variety of sports. At this time we are seeking REGIONAL DIRECTORS with the responsibility of scheduling and conducting the COLLEGE RECRUTING SEMINARS for high school student-athletes, parents, coaches and administrators. Below is a job description and requirements for the position. Please note that this is an excellent part-time opportunity for current coaches and/or individuals with college coaching/playing experience. ADVANCE SPORTS – Regional Director (Part-time)

1. Schedule and conduct COLLEGE ATHLETIC RECRUTING SEMINARS for high school student-athletes, their parents, coaches and administrators. ALL materials and training will be provided by ADVANCE SPORTS.

2. Compensation is $100/seminar plus 30% commission on all STUDENT ATHLETE EXPOSURE PROGRAMS initiated through the seminars. Typical compensation per seminar is $250-$400. Specific information available upon interview.

3. Seminars are two hours in length and all leads are provided by ADVANCE SPORT
