T-Mac's Tuesday Take
"T-Mac's Sweet Tooth"
Issue #5, Feb. 11

Ok, yeah, so I am a day late. But let's just pretend that today is actually Tuesday and that I am on time with this.

~Looks around curiously~ Ahhhh, what a wonderful "Tuesday" this is. I always loved the 'second day of the week' as that means 'three more days' until Friday.

Alright with that, time for the predictions, and last week as many noticed, I have a sweet tooth.

Predictions:
For startes, I have to give KUDOS to the Friendly Patriots boys basketball team as they remain undefeated in 3A/2A/1A Division play. I believe that the Patriots will perform in (100) GRAND fashion and remain undefeated for the remainder of the season.

Friday night, Laurel boys will visit Eleanor Roosevelt and neither one of the two teams want to have BUTTERFINGERS in the contest. I believe that Laurel will use a FAST BREAK, or two, to win the game.

There should be no laughs and no SNICKERS in Thursday night's girls match-up with Bladensburg visiting Bowie.

Each team will have their game faces on and I believe that J-M(&M)ac will lead Bowie to a victory.

The Eleanor Roosevelt Lady Raiders basketball team have been putting the (NESTLE) CRUNCH on its opponents this season, and Friday against Laurel should be no different as the Lady Raiders should pick up another victory.

Either way, the basketball races are coming down the stretch run and each team wants to win so they won't have their STARBURST.

Thursday-Night Poker:
So, we had a company-wide party Thursday night at the gracious CEO's house and upon a few minutes, party-goers were sitting at a table for a fun-filled game of "no-stakes" poker.

However, we are sports reporters, which in turn means we are each very competitive. Thus, the "no-stakes" turned into slight stakes in the form of anyone playing had to send a shout-out to the winner.

Great job goes out to Ryan Mink, Montgomery County and WCAC Content Manager for winning. Wiping hands, I am glad THAT is done.
