Junior guard Isaac Anthony, starting in place of the ill Charlie Flanagan, poured in a team-high 11 points to help lead Key to a commanding 54-27 victory against host Baltimore Lutheran. He was one of eight Obezags to score in the team's first MIAA C Conference game of the season.
Junior guard Chris Fusco added nine points while senior guard Jake Maldonado and junior guard-forward Harrison Barton chipped in seven points apiece to push Key's record to 2-3 overall. Key jumped out to a 15-4 first quarter lead and used a 13-2 third quarter to put the game away.
