Shoes: Can be metal. Glove: Infield 10.5-12 1/4 Outfield 12 1/4-13.5 Pitchers: Must be 1 solid color. Bat: Recommended that you only get a 32-29 or a 33-30. Cup is REQUIRED for Catchers and HIGHLY recommended for Infielders. Sunglasses are recommened for Outfielders and 1st basemen.
