In the past weeks, many track records have been broken. Steven kiener tied the pole vault record set in 1969 by Doug Lay. The record now belongs to both at 12' 6". Cliff Nielson reset the 2 mile record at 9:50.45 taking a first place finish at counties. Emily Steves owns the 800 meter record at 2:21.08 and the girls 4x 800 relay consisting of Ashley McDonough, Kelcie Degenfelder, Taylor Kickbush and Steves sits at 10:29.74. Kevin Brown had the privilege of breaking his coach Zach Palcic's steeplechase record. Kevin's record sits at 10:07.88. Sectional action begins next weekend.
