For those students interested in winter sports, here is the schedule for the first day--November 10, 2008. (Indoor Track will begin Nov. 17) Your student will need a completed VHSL physical form in order to participate in any way. Tryouts will not be extented for cases of incomplete physical forms. Be sure all pages are filled out and all signatures are on the form. The physician''s date of exam must be May 1, 2008, or later and your student must be cleared without restrictions. The insurance information needs to be completed on page 4 along with all the emergency information. Indoor Track will begin November 17 at 3:45pm on the LDHS Track. All other sports will begin November 10, 2008. Basketball: Girls (JV & Varsity) 4-6pm Main Gym; Boys (JV & Varisty) 6-8:30pm Main Gym. Arrive early in order to check in.
