The Barstow Girls Tennis team placed 3rd in the 2008 Guilfoil tournament against teams from Missouri and Kansas.  All of the girls played well. All three seniors came away with first place gold medals, Sydney Ayers and Stephanie Dudzinski at #1 doubles, 5-0 with a big win over St. Teresa's. Meredith Rock was 5-0 at #2 singles, including solid wins over St. Teresa's and Shawnee Mission Northwest.  Kate Sims finished 3-2 at #1 singles with a big tie-breaker win over St. Teresa's. And Alexis Crowley and Katie Anderson came through with a solid win over Lee Summit in their last match.
