The semifinals for the IAAM indoor soccer playoffs are set after quarterfinal action Monday afternoon.

At DuBurns Arena, No. 1 seed Institute of Notre Dame stopped eight-seed Glenelg Country School, 5-2. Sophomore Mandy Marston and seniors Sabrina Mullaney and Dani Sloman each scored once. Claire McAuliffe and Alex Hittman scored for Glenelg Country.

The unbeaten Indians (10-0 overall) will play defending champ and No. 4 seed Maryvale Prep in a semifinal Wednesday at DuBurns. Maryvale (6-2-2) posted a 3-1 victory over St. Paul's School (6-4-3), in the middle game of a tripleheader at the Canton facility.

In the opener, No. 3 seed John Carroll (6-1-2) routed Roland Park (3-6), 8-0, as sophomore Shelby Smith and junior Brittany Dashiell each scored two goals. Sophomore Liz Loiodice had a goal and assist, and freshman Kadie Hook, sophomore Michelle Bobb and junior Paige Hollenback each tallied a goal.

The Patriots will meet second-seed Friends Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. Friends (9-2-2) ended Notre Dame Prep's season Friday with a 2-1 decision in the opening round. John Carroll defeated the Quaker, 7-4, during the regular season at the Perring Athletic Center.

Baltimore Lutheran, Garrison Forest School, Key School and Oldfields will be in action Wednesday at the Oakleigh Road facility, seeking a spot in Friday's championship round. No. 4 seed Key (5-2-3) upended Bryn Mawr (2-8-2), 4-1, to earn a shot at the No. 1 seed Garrison Forest (7-3). The Owings Mills school posted a 4-2 decision over Key during the regular season.

No. 3 Oldfields edged six-seed Beth Tfiloh, 3-2, in Monday's other quarterfinal. Oldfields (7-4-1) will meet No. 2 seed Baltimore Lutheran Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. Lutheran advanced with a 13-0 decision over No. 7 St. Timothy's (3-9) Thursday as Christie Brown scored three goals, and Rebecca Scheeler, Alora Gullivan and Amalia Bussard each added two.

Lutheran (8-2-2) posted a 10-0 victory over Oldfields during the regular season. The semifinal winners meet Friday at 3 p.m. at DuBurns followed by the A finale at 4.
