In the finals, the Eagles took on Calvary Baptist. The Eagles and the Cavaliers split two games earlier this season; however, the Cavaliers proved too much for the Eagles on this day, winning 68 to 58. The Eagles finished as runner-up in their own tournament for the third time in a row.
Against Claiborne Christian, Chris Dupont poured in 31 points and Matt Parker added 12 points as the Eagles trounced the Crusaders.
In the semifinals against St. Mary's, the Eagles had a balanced scoring attack with Colby Mike leading way with 18 points, followed by Chimere Achilihu and Chris Dupont with 12 points each. Micah Shackelford recorded a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds, as the Eagles reached the finals of their own tournament for the third straight year.
In the finals, the Eagles could not muster enough offense to win against the Cavaliers. However, Chris Dupont did score 18 points. He was helped out by Chimere Achilihu with 16 points, followed by Colby Mike with 10. The Eagles were runners-up for the third straight year at the OCS/Maggie Moo's New Year's Classic.
