Background Checks- all coaches must complete and undergo a Kroll background check prior to coaching for SAC HC

Training – SAC HC emphasizes training for coaches. This includes in house clinics as well as holding licensing courses.

  • License Courses – E level and above are held at complex; For higher level courses, SAC  HC reimburses coach for course and fees when certificate and passing report is submitted with costs

Uniforms - Team head coaches (only) in clinic and recreational programs receive a coaching shirt upon attendance at training sessions. Their first year they receive coaching manual, soccer balls, soccer ball bag, cones and pennies equal to half team. In later seasons, they receive replacements as needed.

Travel coaches receive similar materials through Club Technical Director.
