Ashland Post 206 used a four-run fifth inning en route to a 8-4 win over Glen Allen Post 244 Tuesday evening in American Legion baseball action.

D.J. Martinez singled, then Derrick Brewer got hit by a pitch to put two on for George Moore.

Moore laced a double to left field scoring Martinez and Brewer easily for Ashland Post 206, tying the score at 3.

The next batter was Chris Beazley, who took a Cyrus Baird pitch over the left-field wall for a two-run home run.

That put 206 ahead 5-3 before it put in three more runs in the seventh.

Moore finished the night with a 4-for-4 effort, two RBI and two runs.

Beazley went 3 for 5 with three RBI and two runs.
