Micquante Greene had a game-high 18 points, and Tavon Thomas contributed 14 as Patapsco knocked off Perry Hall, 55-48, in a Baltimore County boys' basketball game Wednesday evening on Ebenezer Road.

Tony Graham chipped in 10 for the Patriots, who won despite missing 14 of 23 free throw attempts. Senior forward Rich Mason led Perry Hall with 12 points.
