Registration for fall sports will take place August 12, 13, and 15th for ALL SPORTS from 10 AM - 12:00 NOON in the gymnasium at Perry Hall High School.  

CHEERLEADING ONLY WILL BE AUGUST 14TH FROM 10:00 A.M. - 12:00 NOON.

All student-athletes should bring the following on REGISTRATION DAY to be cleared for try-outs on August 16th:  physical form completed on both sides, parent permit with insurance information, 4th quarter report card and emergency card.  If you do not have any of these papers, go to the PHHS website and download them from the Athletic Website.  You will need to get the emergency card from the school.  It is not a downloadable file.

PHYSICALS WILL BE OFFERED July 19th from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. first come, first serve.  The site for the physicals will be AT BRICK BODIES IN PERRY HALL ON BELAIR ROAD.  The cost for physicals is $25.00 checks made payable to Perry Hall Booster Club.

This paper work can also be turned in to the athletic director by placing in her main office mailbox.  It is recommended that personal copies are made and retained if turning them in using this method.
