Sports physicals are now good for two years. If your student's physical was on or after May 30th, 2007, the physical is good for the 2008 -2009 school year. If your student participated in athletics during the 2007-08 school year, the physical will already be on file. A new registration and safety form must be submitted before the athlete will be allowed to practice.
