Park School traveled to Easton last night to take on the Sabres of Sts. Peter & Paul. It was hotly contested match between two evenly matched teams ending in an overtime victory for the home Sabres 52-47. In what is quickly becoming a very close race for playoff positioning, these two teams played hard all night.

Park took the lead in the second quarter behind K. Nelson and A. Kinslow, who scored all ten of their points for the quarter while holding the Sabres to just 2 points for the entire 8 minutes.

But Sts. Peter & Paul battled back slowly whittling away at the lead. Park struggled making foul shots down the stretch but it was clutch shooting in the waning seconds that put the game into overtime.

Trailing by six with 16 seconds left in regulation,  M. Wilson hit a three and J. Kaestner followed with another three to tie ithe game with only one second left as the shot was released.

In overtime the score went back and forth before the Sabres slightly pulled away. This was only the second victory for the Sabres against Park in their many years in the C conference together.
