Junior guard Tyler Thurston and senior forward/center Marvin Smith had 10 points each for the B Conference Admirals (11-9 overall). Severn lost its previous matchup with A Conference, 64-56, to Calvert Hall College a couple of weeks ago in Towson.
Junior guard Andre Moore and senior guard Franco Greco scored 11 points each to lead Spalding (6-16), which lost for the ninth time in 10 games. Severn returns to B play Tuesday at Archbishop Curley while the Cavaliers travel to No. 8 St. Frances Academy for a MIAA A and Baltimore Catholic League contest Sunday afternoon.

Senior guard Brandon Carroll scored a game-high 25 points, and senior guard Marquis Graves added 13 as Archbishop Curley edged past Friends School on Charles Street. The Friars ( ) remained a 1 1/2 games behind Mount Carmel in the North division.
Senior guard Justin Prushansky led Friends with 19 points, and senior center Bill Richardson finished with 13. The Quaker hosts St. Paul's School Monday afternoon while Curley hosts Severn School Tuesday in league action.

Senior Christian Parker led Annapolis Area (8-13, 3-9) with 13 points.

Sophomore guard Winfield Willis had a game-high 19 points, and Virgil Davis added 17 as St. Paul's School got past Boys' Latin in overtime on Lake Avenue. Freshman Nigel Sydnor had 14 points for the Crusaders (10-10, 4-7), who rallied from a 30-22 halftime deficit to force the extra session.
Junior forward Scott Parker led Boys' Latin (4-16, 4-9) with 18 points and senior guard Charlie McComas finished with 17. St. Paul's travels to Friends School Monday afternoon while Boys' Latin will host St. Vincent Pallotti Tuesday afternoon.
