Welcome to the start of another wonderful season of wrestling at St. Joseph's! If you are a returning wrestler and/or parent: Welcome Back. I know this will be the first 'wrestling experience' for many of you this year (both parents and students). If this is your first experience with the sport of wrestling please read this Youth Wrestling Guide. Although it is aimed at younger kids and thier parents, it is a wonderful resource for anyone who is new to the sport. Other resourses you might want to check out (along with this DigitalSports page) are The Mat.com and SC MAT.com. As always, if you have any questions, please let me know. I feel as though it's my responsibility to not only educate, guide, and coach students, but too also make their parents feel competent in the sport as well.
