The 7th Grade LCHS Knights come from behind to beat the Woodford County Middle School Tigers 8-6 at the Woodford County High School Stadium. Coach Guy and Coach Medley worked hard to bring the Knights together for this great win. The Tigers are building a great team with over 40 7th grade players on the squad. The Knights looked like the mighty 300 fighting against the Asian invaders. Noah Mitchell threw a long pass to his teammate Paul Mitchell for the TD. QB Brownell threw a 2 point conversion pass to Mitchell as well for the go ahead points. The Knight defense then took over to stop the big and fast full back for the Tigers for the win.
