The 1st Annual Lexington Catholic Middle School Bluegrass Bowl resulted in an outstanding day of football. In the 1st game of the Bowl, the LCHS MS 7th Grade team defeated the Lexington Christian Academy Eagles in a shutout, 20-0. In the 2nd game of the day, the Moss Middle School 8th Grade team visiting from Warren County defeated the Lexington Christian Academy Eagles 44-16. In the 3rd game of the Bowl, the LCHS MS 8th Grade team defeated the visiting powerhouse Bowling Green Junior High Purples 18-13 in a game that came down to shear last minute determination on the part of the Knights. Congratulations to all of the participants for a great day of middle school football in the Commonwealth.
