The 7th Grade Lexington Catholic Knights defeated the Lexington Christian Academy Eagles to clinch the 2008 Gridiron Middle School Football Conference Championship with a score of 8-0. The 7th Grade Knights with a record of 10-2 for the season will represent the Gridiron Middle School Football Conference in the Kentucky Middle School Football Conference On Conference State Championship. The Knights are in the 2nd Bracket of the State Championship and scheduled to play the Ashland-Verity Middle School in the 1st round of the Playoffs next week.
