Kahuku High School
6:30pm Game

At Kahuku there was a lot on the line for the Surfrides of Kailua and the Red Raiders of Kahuku.  One team would hang up their basektball shoes and the other would move on to play for the prized OIA 5th and final spot to enter the HHSAA Boys Basketball State Championship Tournament.  In addition to the intensity of the situation there were two black outs one at half time and the other about three minutes after the lights came back on.
Kenny Ellis scored 11 points and Billy Oden ran the point and scored 7 points as the
Kailua Surfrider's ended their season 5-10.  The Kahuku Red Raider's live to play another day and will be hosting the Kapolei Hurricans Saturday for that prized 5th spot.   Jray Galeai scored 22 points with 4 three pointers leading all scores.
