Foster averaged 13.6 points and 8 rebounds per game for a team that won the Shore Conference Tournament and reached the NJSIAA Central Jersey Group III final. The Scarlet Fliers only lost twice to Shore Conference opponents the entire season and also captured the Class B North title. Also a top defender (60 steals), he played bigger than his 6-foot-2 frame and was an excellent offensive rebounder. He shot 50.8 percent from the field for the season in helping the Scarlet Fliers go 24-5 on the season. He was named his team's MVP with 19 points in an overtime loss to Linden in the Battle on the Boardwalk. Foster finished his career with 1,229 career points, and his college choices include Caldwell College, Bloomfield, Richard Stockton College, Kean University, Felician College or a possible walk-on at Monmouth University. He was a second-team DigitalSports All-Star selection as a junior.
