Cashmere football pride is big and holds such a great tradition for winning.  Even though only one state championship has been won back in 1984 the expectations are growing every year. With great tradition and pride comes responsibility and that pressures the coach more than anything. Keeping a reputation from falling apart is harder than it looks. “Not every year do you get the talent you want” says coach Zukowski the head coach for the bulldogs and there is only one way to prevent a nightmare season and that’s hard work. Luckily this year the team is packed with talent and experience with some   senior players who have been starting since there sophomore year. The talent is there this year but hard work overcomes talent any day. The goal hasn’t changed this year which is a state title but this year one of the themes were pushing is to take it one game at a time and not to look ahead. Upsets happen all the time and the bulldogs seem prepared to prevent that this year. Every team in the league is aiming to upset cashmere and will the bulldogs keep there game together? Will have to find out this season
