Frankfort picked up a
dominating Sagamore Conference victory Wednesday evening by whitewashing Danville 5-0. The victory
allowed the Hot Dogs to finish the conference schedule at 3-3.
The only close match of the night came at #1 Singles where Danville’s
Anne Baenziger won the first set before Frankfort’s Sam Montgomery came back to
win the next two 6-4, 6-3.
Frankfort
claimed the other four matches in straight sets. Taylor Hackerd won #2 Singles
for the Hot Dogs 6-2, 6-2. #3 Singles was the property of Madison Donoho 6-1, 6-0.
In doubles play, the #1 Doubles team of Tiffany Barrios and Cassie Conklin won 6-3,
6-1 while Emilee Benge and kenzie huddleston took the #@ Doubles match 6-3,
6-4.
