Staff Report Now that Gideon Field is ready for use, Rockville played its first home game in 23 months Thursday, defeating Wabash River Conference foe Attica 15-5 in high school baseball.

Steven Ball knocked in four runs for the undefeated Rox.

The new field is located about a half-mile west of the school building.

Highlights — For Rockville, Zach Clapp went 2 for 2 with a triple, Steven Ball went 2 for 3 with 4 RBIs, Jordan Shoaf went 2 for 4 with 2 RBIs, Jarrod Clevenger went 2 for 3 with 2 RBIs and Tayler Harper went 1 for 2 with 2 RBIs.

Next — Rockville (8-0 overall, 5-0 WRC) will be at home Saturday to take on North Central.
