The Girls and Boys Track & Field teams competed this week in the always tough Oldham County Sundown Invitational. Both teams had some outstanding individual and relay performances which helped the boys team finish 5^th and the girls team 6^th out of a field of 13.
Ben Price
broke his own school record for the 3^rd time this season in the 300 meter hurdles with a time of 41.65 seconds while finishing 2^ndand finished 6^th in the 110 hurdles. Eddie Smith had his best meet of the season finishing 2^nd in the shot put with a throw of 47 feet and 4^th in the discus. Brandon Page had some impressive times with a 2^nd in the 3200 meter run and a 4^th in the 1600 meter run. Sadie Stone finished 1^st in the 300 hurdles and 2^nd in the 100 hurdles with her best times of the season. Dria Stallings had her best 3200 meter time of the season finishing 3^rd. The rest of the team scoring for the centurions was as follows:
